All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How to Return
- Email us at support@manegeequestrian.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
- Ship the item back using a tracked service — we recommend insuring the parcel
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days
